Label

From Avogadro

Label display will attach text annotations to atoms and bonds. Both atoms and bonds will be labelled. Labels will disappear from objects when they are too far from the camera to be legible.

Settings

Atom labels:

• Atom number
• Element symbol
• Element name
• Residue name
• Residue number
• Partial charge
• None

Bond labels:

• Bond number
• Bond order
• None
